Faith Formation

Faith Formation is a life-long process that begins with the sacrament of Baptism and continues throughout our lives. St. Peter's goal is to offer classes and opportunities for individuals to strengthen and learn more about their faith.

If interested in the following, please contact the pastor  for information and schedules.

Adult Education - Series. An ongoing education series of lectures offered on topics of our faith. See bulletin for upcoming series and times or email us to find out what topic is being discussed currently.

Baptism - Sacramental instruction given to parents by the Priest.

RCIA - The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is the vehicle designed for adults to enter the Catholic faith. Components of RCIA are understanding the Gospel, learning about the Catholic faith, formation of a spiritual self and development of one's life in the Catholic community. The journey begins in October and continues every Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:00 pm. Participants will enter into the Catholic faith during the Easter Celebration.

RCIC - Christian Initiation process for children ages 7-17 who have not been sacramentally baptized.

First Communion/Confirmation - The sacraments of initiation are completed with these two sacraments. Classes are offered once a month on Sunday nights. A mass to celebrate will be the first week of May.

Jr. High Youth Ministry - Service oriented gatherings that allow the children, 6th -8th grade, to learn their faith by living it.

Vacation Bible School - A week long adventure in July that teaches kids that learning about our faith is fun. Open to all children age 3 to 18.
